MEET US

Laurie Ford, DMD

Dr. Ford always dreamed of becoming a dentist while growing up in Tompkinsville, KY. She attended Western Kentucky and then graduated University of Louisville School of Dentistry in 2006.

After graduation she joined a dental group in the southern part of Louisville where she practiced for five years. Her ultimate dream has always been to open her own practice and with the help of her husband and family, Ford Family Dental was opened in January 2011.

Dr. Ford spends her free time with her husband Chad Hill, an electrical contractor, and their two rescue dogs. She enjoys outdoor activities and watching sports, especially college basketball.

Dr. Ford is a board certified in general family dentistry and is a member of the American Dental Association, the Kentucky Dental Association, the Louisville Dental Society, and the Bullitt County Chamber of Commerce.

Lisa Guelda, Office Manager

Lisa has lived in Mt. Washington for almost 10 years and is very excited about working closer to home. She has long worked in the dental field and absolutely loves interacting with patients. Lisa enjoys spending her free time with her two wonderful kids and 3 dogs.

Anna Crenshaw, Expanded Duty Dental Assistant

Anna has been working as an EDDA for almost five years. She is a graduate of Bullitt Central High School and ATA dental assisting. She loves to spend her free time with her family, her fiancé, and their many pets.

Sarah Hill, Expanded Duty Dental Assistant

Sarah has worked in the dental field for over ten years now. She grew up in Shelbyville and is currently living there with her husband and their two year old daughter. Sarah and her family are very
excited about their new edition that will be here in July.
